Maturity Assessment

ReGen Strategic assesses your company’s current ESG maturity and preparedness level against its ESG vision and purpose.

To achieve this, an ESG maturity questionnaire is applied, followed by interviews with the senior leadership team and other members of the company.

Following this, a desktop assessment of relevant company ESG documents and information is conducted, as well as analyses of peer and competitor data.

Once this has been completed, a preliminary results discussion session is held to share where your company sits on the maturity scale in comparison to your peers and competitors.

Finally, an assessment report is prepared to encompass all of the above as well as providing opportunities and recommendations for the next steps.
